  • The Property Brand Lab (PBL) is a partially bespoke product and the systemisation is reflected in the price.

  • We’re able to deliver a large volume of work in one day because we employ systems and predesigned templates that are customised for your project. 

  • Our output is not guaranteed and depends on your ability to sign off the ideas presented with minimal revisions. These will have been carefully chosen to appeal to your target audience.

  • A typical client will create a brand identity and logo, 20-page marketing brochure and one-page microsite in one day.

  • We can only proceed with the design work once all the Checklist items have been provided to our team. These must be received at least 15 working days before your scheduled PBL day.

  • Any extras or revisions needed before or after the PBL day will be charged according to our add-on price list.

  • You will become the owner of the assets created on the day, with the website and domain being transferred into the your name.

  • While the purchase of the domain name and annual website hosting are included in the price, you will be responsible for subsequent subscriptions.

  • We will provide you with access to the raw files in your chosen format, which can be used as required. We recommend all designs are finalised on the day, however in the event you need to make minor revisions at a later date, we will provide you with an editable Powerpoint/Keynote or similar file.

  • The day comprises eight hours of one-to-one time (either in our studio or remotely via Zoom) with one of our senior designers. We include a 30-minute break for lunch (we'll provide this to save precious time) and rest breaks as required.

  • Our designer will arrive on the day with a customised template and ideas implemented for you so that we don’t waste valuable time.
