our 7-step process



Once you've paid, you'll be taken to a booking page where you can schedule a 30-minute Zoom call with us. We will discuss your project and you'll brief us on the important details, including your target buyers and the local market. We'll ask you lots of questions to get to the heart of your brand identity and those features of your development that are most likely to secure early reservations. 




Now is the time to book your Property Brand Lab day. We'll send you our calendar availability –please bear in mind that we can work with a maximum of 10 clients per month. Your booking can only be guaranteed once we've received all checklist materials. We may have to reschedule your day if your materials don't arrive in time (see Step 3 below).



We'll send you a checklist outlining everything you'll need to collate in advance of your Property Brand Lab day. (It's a bit like buying a house – your broker can only take care of your mortgage once he has all your financial information. Frustrating but unavoidable.) In order to give our design team enough time to prepare your customised designs, we'll need to receive all items at least 14 working days before your scheduled Brand Lab session.

If you need premium CGIs, VR tours, hoarding designs or copywriting support, our add-on menu lets you pick and choose the elements you're missing.




While you're assembling your checklist material, we will prepare the concepts and designs for your project in order to be well prepared for your day.




The big day. Please arrive in good time so that we don't lose a single minute! 




Following the Brand Lab Day, our design team will prepare your finalised marketing brochure in a format that's compatible with your systems. We understand that clients often need to make small revisions, so you'll receive an editable version of your brochure. Your website can be managed via the Wix website, so updating this is easy.




You distribute your digital brochure to your chosen agents, for use on their website, online property portals and sending direct to interested buyers. Don't forget to use your marketing collateral to promote the hell out of your development on social media and in your local press.
